We are pleased to have you as an employee and are happy to present you with a summary of our employee benefit plan. You may enroll in our benefits program if you are an active, regular employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week and eligible for Coke Northeast plans. As you become eligible for these benefits, so do your eligible dependents. Eligible dependents include your spouse, and children up to the age of 26. If your child is mentally or physically disabled, coverage may continue beyond the age of 26 once proof of the ongoing disability is provided. Eligible children may include natural, step child(ren), legally adopted children and children for whom you are the legal guardian.

A full description of each benefit plan can be found in the summary plan descriptions (SPD) which takes precedence over the summaries provided here.
