The Open Enrollment window for 2024 benefits begins on October 30th and ends on November 13th. These benefits will be effective January 1, 2024.
Enrollment this year is passive, so your medical, dental, and vision coverage will carry over into 2024 if no action is taken. However, enrollment into the Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts for 2024 does require action. You must log onto the benefits portal and elect coverage for the Health Care or Dependent Care flexible spending account if you wish to enroll for 2024.
Remember, this is your annual opportunity to:
- Enroll in, change, or drop benefits, such as Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.
- Add, change or drop dependents.
- Enroll in the Voluntary Benefits: Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Insurance.
- This also is a good time to review and update your beneficiary designation information.

Opt-Out Medical Credit
- If you are enrolled in a Medical plan elsewhere, you may be eligible to qualify for a $300 medical credit per quarter.
- When completing your open enrollment in the Benefits Portal, be prepared to upload proof of coverage documentation in order to receive the credit.
How to Enroll
You can directly access the Benefits website by using the Web address: http://cokenortheast.bswift.com.
Log-in Information:
Username: The first initial of your first name + your last name + the last four digits of your SSN (e.g. John Smith = JSmith1234), no hyphens or apostrophes.
Password: The last four digits of your Social Security Number.
To reset your Password:
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.
- You will be prompted to enter your username or email address to begin the password reset process. Once entered, click “Continue”.
- Next, you will need to enter your date of birth. Be sure to follow the mm/dd/yyyy convention. Then click “Continue”.
- You will then be prompted to set security questions as part of the password reset method. Select the bubble and click “Continue”.
- Next, you will need to answer the following security questions. Once entered, click “Continue”.
- Lastly, please enter your new password. Passwords must be 8 characters minimum and contain at least 1 number, at least 1 capital letter, and at least 1 special character.
- Once you have entered your new password and verified it by entering it again, you will be taken automatically to the Home Page to access your Profile or complete an Enrollment.
Enrolling in Benefits:
To begin your enrollment from the Home Page, click on the “Start Your Enrollment” button.
It will then prompt you to do the following:
- Verify your personal information;
- Verify your family information;
- Select your benefits;
- Select your beneficiaries;
- Review all your selections;
- Submit elections.
Once you submit your elections, you will receive a confirmation statement. You can go back and make changes to these elections until November 13th.
